Annual exacerbations have become more frequent in recent years - up to 2-3 times a year. The patient smoked 1 pack per day for 30 years. Currently, he continues to smoke 10 cigarettes per day. The patient is of asthenic body type, low nutrition. Weight 55 kg (121.25 lb), height 175 cm. The patient's appetite is decreased. The patient has lost 10 kg in weight over the past six months. The 6-minute walk test showed a decrease in exercise tolerance. The skin has a physiological color, cyanosis of the lips. On auscultation, breathing is hard, dry buzzing and whistling wheezing on exhalation throughout all lung fields, exhalation is prolonged. The respiratory rate is 24 per minute. SpO2 90% at rest in atmospheric air. The heart sounds are muffled, there is an accent of 2 tones over the pulmonary artery, the rhythm is regular. Heart rate 90 beats per minute. Blood pressure 130/70 mm Hg. mMRS test - 2 points. CAT test – 12 points. Biodensitometry revealed a decrease in muscle mass.
